Introduction:
Frostee Rucker won back-to-back National Championships with USC and went on to have a successful 13-year career in the NFL. Rucker was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round (91st overall) of the 2006 NFL Draft. After 6 seasons with the Bengals, he went on to play for the Browns for one season, the Cardinals (Captain) for 5 seasons, and finished his career as Captain on the 2018-19 Oakland Raiders. Upon retiring, he now runs STAY READY Football, a non-profit youth sports training program in Orange County, CA.
